A marketplace
of real shops.
Sycha is a marketplace, not a single store: every product belongs to an independent Iraqi shop, and Sycha is where those shops meet their customers.
You see who sells it
Every product carries the name of the store that sells it, so you know who you are buying from before you order.
Ratings measured, not claimed
A store can't give itself a rating or a badge. Ratings come from real orders — buyer reviews, delivered orders and preparation speed — and a new store shows no rating until there is enough to say.
One account, one cart
Shop on the website or in the iPhone and Android apps; what you add in one place is waiting in the other.
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash when the order reaches you. Sycha handles the delivery and collects the payment.
Shop by category
Fashion, beauty and skincare, perfume, home and kitchen, phones and accessories, kids' clothing, books and stationery, and handmade products made in Iraq.
Deals and brands
A deals section and brand pages sit beside category browsing, so you can shop by what you need or by who makes it.
A dashboard for every seller
Sellers manage their products, prices and quantities, follow every order and its status and see their balance — with a Telegram alert for each new order.
Delivery handled for sellers
The seller prepares the order; Sycha picks it up, delivers it and collects the cash, then pays out the seller's earnings.
From the aisle
to the cart.
Real screens from the Sycha app — browsing a category, a store's page, a product with its seller, and the cart.

Two sides
of one market.
Sycha serves the people who shop and the stores that sell — each side gets an experience of its own.
Designed and built
by Siroz.
Most retail in Iraq runs through Instagram and WhatsApp: a seller posts photos, takes orders in the comments and settles payment over the phone. There is no catalogue, no cart and no record.
Siroz designed and built Sycha to give those sellers a real shop without asking them to build one — a storefront, a catalogue, an order pipeline and an earnings ledger — and to gather them in one place a shopper can trust.

Questions about
Sycha.
What is Sycha?
Sycha is an Iraqi online marketplace at sycha-iq.com and in the iPhone and Android apps. Independent Iraqi stores list their products there, and shoppers order from them and pay in cash on delivery.
Who built Sycha?
Sycha was designed and built by Siroz, a software company in Baghdad, Iraq.
How do I pay on Sycha?
In cash on delivery: you pay when the order reaches your door.
Where can I download Sycha?
On the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. You can also shop on the website, sycha-iq.com, with the same account and cart.
Is Sycha a single store?
No. Each product belongs to an independent Iraqi store, and the store's name is shown on every product.
How are stores rated on Sycha?
Sycha measures ratings from real orders: buyer reviews, orders delivered and how quickly the store prepares them. A store can't rate itself, and a new store shows no rating until it has enough orders.
How do I sell on Sycha?
Register your store at sycha-iq.com/sell with your name, store name, phone number and a password. Registration is free with no monthly fee — Sycha takes a commission only when you sell — and no commercial register is required. A person reviews every application.
Who delivers Sycha orders?
Sycha arranges the delivery: the seller prepares the order, and Sycha picks it up, delivers it and collects the payment in cash.
